2011: Chief Marketing Officer for fashion e-commerce project Lamoda.ru by Rocket Internet GmbH (http://www.rocket-internet.de), a leading European incubator fund with projects like Groupon / MyCity, Ebay Europe, Jamba, Zalando, eDarling, Lamoda. Moscow, Russia.

2010-2011: VP Marketing of Russia’s largest vertically integrated fashion retailer Gloria Jeans Corporation (www.gloria-jeans.ru), developing and executing its digital and offline marketing strategy. Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

2008-2009: Chief Marketing Officer and deputy CEO of OZON.ru. Invited by VC fund Index Ventures (www.indexventures.com), early investors in Skype, last.fm, MySQL, Betfair a.o.). Ozon is Russia's and Eastern Europe’s nr.1 e-commerce company OZON. Moscow, Russia.

2007-2008: Marketing Director Europe for Ebookers.com / Orbitz.com, Bas managed a nine digit marketing budget across thirteen countries, oversaw the European marketing strategy and coordinated the prize winning Ebookers rebranding. Amsterdam / Europe.

2006: Consultant / Country Manager to Sportingbet Plc (London AIM: SBET) ---  top 5 global online gaming company. London, UK.

2003 - 2005: Head of Commercial Sales / e-Commerce and Marketing Director for lastminute.com (Travelocity). Amsterdam, NL / Brussels, BE / London, UK.

2000 - 2003: Managing director and co-founder of memorabilia e-commerce company Authentics. Sydney, Australia.

Bas studied Law and Russian in the Netherlands (University of Amsterdam), e-Commerce and Internet Marketing in Australia (University of Technology Sydney).

Since 2006 until present, Bas co-owns Dutch ‘venturing consultancy’ firm Gogol (www.gogolmedia.com) / VOC (www.vocmedia.com). Mission: assisting companies to define, manage and optimise the profitability of their e-business strategy. Some of Gogol / VOC’s blue chip clients: ReedBusiness (Publishing),TNT Post, Randstad (HR), Postcode Lottery, Hyatt Hotels, DHU Alpen Pharma, ukrainian rock-band Okean Elzy. The Ukrainian/Russian branch of Gogol focuses on digital marketing, online strategy, VC support and e-commerce.

During 2005-2010 Viktoriya worked as BTL project manager in Ukraine’s largest telecommunications company JSC “Kievstar GSM” for DJUICE (youth brand), KIEVSTAR (mass market brand), KIEVSTAR BUSINESS (business brand), co-managing an 8-digit budget ($).

Viktoriya’s most interesting, well-known projects:

 DJUICE GOAL – Long term acquisition and retention project. The only one Ukrainian national (64 cities) football championship among school children with a final musical concert on the main stage of Kiev with “Tokio” band and Ukrainian musicians’ performances.

DJUICE EXRESS – retention project. Organization of bus trips to the most significant music events in Ukraine. Trip to musical festival Sziget (Budapest, Hungary).

Communication for Future image program. Farewell in 23 cities of Ukraine – big park on the main squares of the cities with a wide entertaining program for children and their parents.

Planet Funk band in Kiev - big musical free of charge open air event on the main square of the city.
